The East Tennessee Chinese New Year Festival is a family-friendly variety show is held annually in late January - early February during the Chinese New Year and brings together many local Chinese organizations for an afternoon of singing, dance, martial arts, and other performances to celebrate the coming of Spring!

Our upcoming Festival will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 6:30pm in Cox Auditorium on the University of Tennessee Knoxville Campus. Our Special Guest this year will be musician Yao Lu from Atlanta (shown above), who will play the guzheng for us, a traditional Chinese musical instrument. We also will have a Lion Dance, dancing, singing, martial arts, poetry, and more. Please click here for more details!
